Frenzy would be having some robot orgasm every 5 minutes so obviously Arnold.

 

I just think Frenzy is a dumb ass, yes, dumber then Arnold.

 

I just don't like Frenzy as a character in the movie.

Arnold just has to place a short fuse pipe bomb into Frenzy's torso and blow him up.

The Governator can transform into an actor and trick Frenzy into cutting his head off or something dumb like that. Also, Arnie has a metal endoskeleton and some big guns.

any AHH-nold except the pregnant one in "Junior" would kick Frenzy's ass.

Frenzy was the worst thing about this movie - just an annoying little monkey-robot... You might as well ask if Jar-Jar Binks would win in a fight against Arnie...

As much as I like Frenzy, Ahnould is the winner.
