Your style has a BW-toon quality to it. I wonder what it would look like animated.

That's because they are human hands. Same with the face. I think it gives it a little bit of an organic feel. I'll use more mechanical parts for bots with machine alt modes.

I'd at least add some claws or armor padding to the hands. They just don't mesh with the mechanical qualities of the rest of his frame. Other then that though he looks incredible.
