Voyager Ratchet

Recommended Posts

I finally opened Voyager Ratchet, which has been sitting in my closet for almost a week (Too damn busy). I noticed that his left hand could move slightly at the wrist, and that its thumb was also jointed. But the black forearm hinders any real articulation. So, I removed very small sections of the black plastic (areas within the red outlines) with a razor blade...

...now the wrist can bend AND the thumb can open wider!

Then, I removed the silver CLOWN nose paint app from the face, and added a silver mouth instead. Also increased the eyebrow silver.

Ratchet is a wonderfully articulated figure, and the BEST movie toy I pwn.

Nice. I like the finger adjustments.

Yes, the joint is tight (and directly under a screw in case it ever gets loose).

yeah I just got ratchet yesterday and noticed this too. He's a cool fig, but IMO the weakest of the movie autobots.

Wow! Nice job. A few small touch ups really go a long way at making this great figure even better.

Love the hand, but the face? naa you have taken the SURGICAL MASK aestetic away from him and made him walrus like.
