Today, I found most all Deluxes, Optimus Prime, Starscream, Ironhide, Starscream Blaster, Fast Action Battlers and all the Robot Heroes figures. I grabbed them all up and went to check out. RESTRICTED!!!!! it said. Suck ASS Wal-Mart said they were all RESTRICTED! Oh I hit the damn roof. I called immediately for a manager and she said all the Transformers I picked up were Defective and DID NOT MEET MINIMUM QUALITY STANDARDS. She said I could not buy them. I asked her then WHY the hell are the shelves full of them then. If their defective and if you won't sell them to me then why are they out. Wal-mart's policy is that if it's on the sales floor then it IS for sale.

 

I am calling the 800 Wal-Mart number Monday as it was a 1.5 hour trip to the Wal-Mart store that had them. :tfpuke

good luck dude with your quest to get them earlier. I work for Sam's Club and being under the Wal-mart name, I know that managers will bend over backwards to please the customer.....they can override the sale no matter what they say. Them saying the toys are defective is a bunch of Blot, you should definately push for them to either sell them early to you, or to at least hold one of whoever you wanted for June 2nd

If they put it out they should sell it to you.

I made my local walmart pull thier entire display of toys down. they did and I think a stock boy got reprimanded (or worse :redface)

 

next saturday isnt that far away, seeing the selection makes me pretty comfortable though, these things are going to be clogging the shelves for months to come

i guess this is happening more frequent. had the same happen to me with episode 3 toys at walmart. what a lame excuse that the manager at your place used.

This happened to me, too. They had EVERYTHING...Optimus, the Helmet, Optimash Prime, the Bumblebee Baracade 2 pack, Starscream (who I thought was second wave?) and they wouldn't let me buy Optimus. Oh well, a little more time to scrape some money together.
