New 'Robot Replica' Bumblebee, More Prime Images

Recommended Posts

I'm not saying they suck...

I'll say it. They suck. The packaging is nice, but to bad Joy Ride isn't making them (Halo figures). Those would be some nice figures...

Oh please no. :tdown

Halo figs were little more in terms of articulation statues. Also so the classic styled action figure joints aren't terribly solid. Legs have knees but with no outward hip movement useless unless you want him to be crowched on one knee. Weapons don't pose well. Not a big fan of joyride's Halo figs btw.

Hasbro's Sigma 6 line however is the way you make decent action figures.

These replica figs would be really cool in S6 scale but if they're only deluxe height that's still not too bad. this means the deluxes should be roughly in scale with their transformable alt modes. Megs/Prime however will be slightly out of scale unfortunately. :tdown

BTW is this the unknown Megatron figure that popped up not too long ago? I remember being a lot less impressed with it out of package than in.

It was only "unknown" because nobody paid attention :tflaugh

it was labeled as a FAB, but anyone could see that it didn't transform

my wallet hates this line of figures. i was hoping we would get something like this. since the transforming toys cant possibly replicate the bot modes on the movie. this is the answer! i'll be getting a great deal of these

At least there isn't a Starscream, Atmo... At least, not yet.

he's in the rumored wave 2. i'll get him. the voyager has many many problems. the whole reason myself and some other fans called him a sasquatch was not just because of his width, but because his massive hand launchers made his arms look big, long, and bulky. like those on the primates. but his actual hands DONT touch the ground. then i wasnt sold on his head in the concept art. fearing he had some ugly maw. but the head which you see in my avatar shows that he has a normal mouth. that pic was the first time i saw an intelligent look to his face. and as a result, i had no further complaints about him.

but the voyager toy has horrible proportions and big long arms because of the launchers. not to mention a really bad vehicle mode shape. a movie model of Starscream is very-needed. i look forward to it

Is this the same thing as in that package?

Looks like it.

4-5 inches though is a bit small which is kinda unfortunate. :tdown

Hmm. Nicely detailed, seem to have quite the range of articulation, but all in all...just not my cup of tea.

BTW...are these made by Hasbro or a 3rd party type of thing?

4 to 5 inches tall? I guess that's okay, as long as they are priced accordingly. I think they will be okay, since Transformers are a Hasbro property. They won't have to account for license fees like they did with the overpriced Spider-Man 3 figures.

Aren't the Titaniums 3"s for the most part?

I really hope these are bigger than locs which really aren't much smaller.

I think a figure should at least be 6"s Bandia's TT figures are what 4 inches. I already felt that was kind of tiny.

On the plus side if they are this small they won't be a huge expenditure.

Replicas>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>LOCs fwiw.

Do you also drive an H2 and enjoy the X-box "Duke" controller? 6" is fine for DC Direct and things of that nature, but Pete is right about this one. Revoltech's are just right the way they are.
