I personally use Animation Shop 3 which I got with Paint Shop Pro 7.

 

And I love the chibi's!

come on!! epyon's better than those two. out of wing though, i'd give my vote to heavyarms. good stuff

no sir talgeese would wipe the floor with these dudes no one can match his speed in wing, but century time line has the best and brightest the one the only gundam f-91 fastest machine in the universe!
