That's a misuse of the word Meshugena. The word is Hebrew for "idiot/stupid" The context that you're using it doesn't fit. Now, if Wheeljack had said something along the line of oy vey, it would have worked.

 

Also, the end of the Rebirth takes place in 2006. So technically, we'd have Bush as President.

The guy said that he wanted it to make chronilogical sense or something, and that he wanted the season to take place in the years in which they were made, so season 3 would be 86 and 4 would be 87.
