The attachments are simple enough where anyone can do it and I still have the turret action of his dumpster/ salvo launcher. Devistator still has his mobility problems but not too bad and has better stability just because of Demolishers legs. :thumb Let me know what you think VTS! :tftongue

What kind of paint did (will) you use?

 

I haven't used any on him yet aside from the face which I shaved off today while trying to smooth Dev's face out so that it'll look more professional. The paints I used for that was testors enamel flat black and silver chrome. However for the green and purple where needed I will be using Folk Art acrylic apple orchard green, and metallic amethyst.

 

I just got done putting the cement barrel on Mixmaster and I think it looks pretty good let me know what you guys think.

My only problem with the otherwise brilliant Mixmaster/Quickmix conversion is that you'd lose the six-armed permutation. How feasible do you think it would be to get a slide-out or removable hand on the end of that? (Maybe a slide-out cannon whose barrel acts as an anchor for a removable hand?) I'd love to do this conversion, but I'd hate to lose that extra limb.

Six armed!?!? I've no idea what you mean unless you have the cranes as your Dev's arms and they arm each acting as double arms. In which case I suggest if you must have the mixer become another arm with a hand then try a 1" piece of pipe in the barrel I think that might work. Oh by the way the barrel is from a small Tonka cement mixer. I think it was like $5 or $6.

I didn't notice this yesterday. Any way it doesn't look too bad it'd be better if the dump bed folded up against Dev's back. Also it kind of looks like Longhaul is trying to grab Scavenger's cod piece. :tflaugh Other than that it looks pretty good. However I'm trying to get mine to look alot more like G1 which is why I have made Mixmaster, and I plan to add the treads to Bonecrusher maybe this evening if it hits me like Mixmaster's barrel did yesterday.

Great work so far! Are you going to do smaller mods to the individual bots, like different coloured chest plates for hook and the others? maybe some thigh, head and chest swaps with the alternate black/dark grey versions? a purple chest here and there, etc.
