TFmaster of Transtopia Passed Away at 31 Years Old.

Recommended Posts

Anyways, I am planning to donate what I can to help out with the fundraiser Ryan and Seibertron have going. I've pretty much shared my thoughts and condolences on other sites and in other threads, so I don't feel the overwhelming need to restate all of those things. I have posted a few stickies at Transtopia for members there to share their thoughts on his artwork and also many of us have been creating sigatures and other such things to pay tribute to his work. I've found myself going back through the galleries of his work, reminscing and also becoming inspired even more with my own work. I intend on doing some custom work myself just to pay homage to some of the things he's done for this subculture/community of Transformers.

I'm still just really upset I suppose. My prayers go out to all those who are dealing with this loss, especially his wife and son. May God bless you all.

We'd been buddies for about 4 years, he was such an inspiration and mentor to me in my kitbashing ways. Not that I've done a terrible lot, but I just haven't had the time. A great guy all around, and I will miss him quite a bit.

There is a donation floating around on seibertron, or a link at tfw, i think. Also, I suggested maybe one of us near him geographically could help manage an auction of his customs to provide a fundraiser for his wife and son, who are trying to figure out how to pay for his funeral. I donated, but I think we'd all put up beau coup bucks for his stuff, which would help his wife all the more.

I went on a rant at tfw, so i'll be short about it here -

Learn one thing from this. Yes, you can be felled at 31 from a heart-attack. If you have a wife, a child, a house, or all the above, please GO GET LIFE INSURANCE. Term, not whole life. This would've totally made things (at least financially) easier for Mrs. Koshorek.

RIP Brother

Stu

I'm going by their house this weekend to make a donation from the wife and I.

I'll try and talk to her then about what her plans are....I was thinking the same thing Stu, maybe she could have a raffle and sell tickets via paypal for one or more of his works of art, maybe that could help out with some of the bills.

When I talked to her Sunday, she had mentioned cremation instead of a burial....thats better financially IMO.

I hope that we all can come up with something to help her out in this time of need, both financially and mentally/physically.

it's a shame and a shock. it's such a loss in so many ways. i hope his family manage to cope, they come above all else

Plowking. One thing you might want to consider is also picking up some of his unfinished pieces and having some of the better kitbashers and scratch-builders finish them as a tribute to him, then auction those off as well.

Wow.

not cool. I had a fraternity brother survive a heart attack at the age of 26. He was lucky.

I just wish TFMaster could have been as lucky.

Rest in Peace

Hey guys....I just got back from Bill's service today....

It was a very nice service, and just about every seat in the chapel was full.

The part I liked the best was when the director asked for each person to stand, that wanted to, and say one word that best described their relationship with Bill.

Many different words were said, but the one that stood out the most, often repeated, was "FRIEND"

Laughs were shared as well as a tear here and there, but it was all for the same reason, to honor Bill.

For those who couldn't attend, you still have the oppurtunity to leave some kind words for Lauren, Rachael, and the rest of Bill's family by clicking this link, and then click on "add a tribute"

http://www.uhtfuneralhome.com/obituaries/i....asp?index=2288

The director asked the the remarks be kept "clean" because they are screened before they are turned over to Lauren and the family.

This can be your chance to say some final words on Bill's behalf for his family to have forever.

I just found out about this yesterday morning when I saw it in someone's sig. I couldn't believe it I mean I had just exchanged pm's with him about 3-4 weeks ago about what all was going down over on Transtopia and stuff like that. I still can't believe that one of our greatest kitbashers and a friend and teacher to so many of us is gone at such a young age. My prayers go out to his family, and friends both on and off the net.

We'll meet again my friend when all are one.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tfmaster added a page on wikipedia if anyone wants to add more details to the page showing past picture of hes customs etc please do. As i thought this would be a great homage to him

That is a great way to honor Bill's memory.
