what Hasbro said

And let's not forget it was Hasbro that made Prime's gun black. And how about the TFU Micromasters? Or the Big Convoy repaint? They give the fans a lot more attention than you give them credit for.

I firmly believe the reason behind these cookie-cutter answers is simple: as a company, they can't give away everything they've got in production or on the drawing board. When companies do that, then you get fans whining when it doesn't happen or changes for whatever reason. (i.e. Red Armada Thrust and blue-striped Wheeljack in the US, or Sentinel Maximus or Mega SCF Skywarp.) They may very well have a Primus figure in the works, but it's not something they're willing to reveal yet. I'd be willing to bet they've already got more than half of the TF: Cybertron line drawn up and sitting in DW's lap for box art. Does that mean that we as consumers should already know about it? Not at all; we already whine when we see stuff months in advance because we have to wait for it. Imagine the outcry over knowing what's coming over a year from now!

Dont get me wrong, i still prefer Hasbro over Takara, but they could have at least made the cookie cutter reply seem like a genuine reply, but i will see if i can take this email a bit further up the chain

Well I prefer Takara over Hasbro most of the time but even I know that they really take care of their fans.

Its not because they are a good company or anything like. Its because we have Orson in there calling the shots, he's a fan too. Thats kinda why I was pissed when he replied to a post way back when saying the way not to get hired by Hasbro was being a fan.

That's word for word what I got back when I sent them an email about ending HOC... :tfmad Nothing since. Just this lame ass automated response.

The automated torture system of HABSOR strikes again!
