The older pictures from BotCon or whatever look different... and I like them better.

 

I no longer trust Hasbro's promo pictures b/c of how Tit Soundwave turned out looking different in the face paint department.

the promo pics have him with gold crap on his face and purple eyes... the actual thing is TOY AKERUT with a silver face and yellow eyes, looks way better IMO

I didn't think the alt modes got any worse than OpOp. Guess I was wrong. I thought they had him mistransformed in the display pics until I saw the alt mode on the box.

 

Seeing as I usually keep my Titaniums posed in bot mode most of the time, his craptastic alt mode won't really be a deal breaker for me. The head could have used a little "somethin' somethin'" though. Hopefully, the turret body will clip onto his back in bot mode. We'll see.

I would trade the entire bulk of every main line since BM for one Titanium Cyclonus.

I think part of the problem is that Cybertronian Alt modes arent for disguise perse. They are functional. On the flipside these are "TOYS" and if they arent asthetically pleasing or sufficiently fun to revert back and forth then they limit their own functionality.

The real question is this: would people complain when Titanium Galvatron's alt mode was just him "lying down with his arm stuck in his head?"

SO long as Galvatron's bot mode is awesome with enough Articulation I have no problem.

 

Cyclonus needs to be decent in both modes, if they can make Thundercracker well, they can make Cyclonus well.
