The "Iron giant"

Recommended Posts

I dought that any of you know who the Iron giant or Iron man is, A book written by Ted hughes tells a story about a giant mechanical being from another world. This modern fairy tale was made into a film in 1999 by Brad Bird; the story goes that In the late 1950s, a little boy named Hogarth witnesses a giant robot crash from the sky. Hogarth befriends the alien android and comes to trust him, even though the robot has a disturbing habit of eating as much metal as it can.

I wouln't be surprised if the Iron Giant came from Cybertron, when he crashed a dent on his head cased him to lose his memory.

Do any of you think he may be realated in some way?

Her's a pic:

Oh by the way he can transform.

what does this have to do with us knowing who iron man is? and the iron giant didnt really have a personality like the other cybertronians

He was pretty mindless in the movie, he had a HULK level of intelligence, but was comparatively cool tempered next to big green. Cybertronian... doubtful. It's a neat thought, but a bump on the head wouldn't really reduce a cybertronian to THAT mental midget.

who cares?

Exactly. And if you can suspend disbelief, I'm sure the Transformers are NOT the only metal-based lifeforms in the entire pretend universe.

If you have to resort to using "gay" as an insult... it's not worth the effort to tell you how to use the size tags properly...

he could be a old sckool gardian like OS of corse that saying theres a like between a 80's kid cartoon and a 50's sci fi book

Darn it... I hated that movie!!! it made me cry!!! what an awful ending...
