CL Beachcomber

I haven't seen this one done yet so I figured Id go ahead and repaint him.

Two very easy classics for hasbro to do with just repainting. Huffer & Beachcomber. They need to make it so.

Nice work. Who's the Gasket repaint in the group shot?

Well I had originally had him pegged as Wheelie but now I think he is more like Wreckgar. Futurist motorcycle kind of fits Wreckgar. I am thinking of doing Wheelie but I think a repainted Swerve or Clocker would fit for him.

that IS a cool repaint, but as much as the fandom Protectobots about repaints, I would be suprised if they repainted a cy fig that had already gotten a repaint 1nce

How many times did they repaint Armada Demolisher, and Starscream? :tflaugh Oh and Armada Blurr. So far 2 times each one Maybe if they repaint Hardtop again and call him Beachcomber they'll realize they finally got it right like with Blurr. We don't all hate repaints. I actually like them when they finally get it right by repainting the figure.

Yeah, I havent bought this mold in either done version. But if he came in as Beachcomber I would.

he's a cool mode, swindle hangs with the classics decepticons to help swell the ranks, especially since I cant in good conscience put cl soundwave with the other classics

Wheelie fits more for a motorcycle/scooter than his original toy fit his name IMO.

Demolisher: Regular, Powerlinx, Energon, Cybertron

Starscream: Regular, Powerlinx (released under name as Thundercracker), Energon (remolds include Skywarp who was repainted in the Universe line as Thrust)

Blurr: Regular, Universe Swerve, and then a remolded head and enlarged hands in the Cybertron line

Supercon Prime: Regular, Nemesis, Ultra Magnus BIB, Cybertron

I can think of a few molds that are decent that with removed gimmicks and some other possible modifications would work well in the Classics line:

Cybertron Hardtop=Beachcomber

You could stick in the Universe Fire Dept. paint job of RiD Prowl in with them and call him Red alert

With a remolded head you could take RiD Megatron and turn him into Sixshot (he's technically a six-changer with an additional 10 optional molds cause they used the Devil Gigatron mold for the U.S. releases of both Megs and Galvy)

Energon Strongarm=Hound

Cybertron Quickmix as G1 Quickmix

That's about all I can think of at the moment.
