Full CGI Body Shot of Barricade

I agree with you all in that he looks quite badass. While his head may look more like Waspinator's than that of any G1 transformer I immediately recall, he remains an awesomely futuristic-looking transformer. The tires are almost the only thing which reminds one he used to be a car a few seconds ago!

That and his car grill chest....and the Police doors on his arms

yeah he's surprisingly kibbletastic for a movieformer

I think all of the Movieformers have gotten progressively more "kibblicious" since their first sightings

I dont know if thats due to Fan outcry, us just getting used to the them, or the natural progression of film designs

"just wait and dont Starscream until you see the CGI renders!!!!" how many times have we heard that?

For me I see the Decepticons as traditional looking Transformers and the Autobots are the "Man with random car kibble glued on"

I think they just can't help but have kibble. One of the points of these designs is to use every alt-mode part in the robot mode.

I think I have a different definition of kibble... to me it's unused alt mode parts that just sort of hang uselessly off the robot mode.

so what we are really talking aobut are "visual cues" to the altmode?

This is basically the definition I always used.

Alt/BT Smokescreen for instance, I don't consider his hood chest or rear-end of the car feet to be kibble, but his front doors are (even though they're much more aesthetically integrated than Sideswipe or Tracks doors are).

now THIS guy looks downright amazing! good to know that at least ONE of the decepticons will look as smart as he is mean
