this is the only G1 soundwave toy i have so im not sure on the differences bar the new door and them switching Buzzsaw for laserbeak and adding ravage so feel free to point them out

To be honest I prefer the single tape door of the original, jsut looks funky that way, though actually being able to hold two tapes is a cool gimmick. Gotta compromise I guess, he's a sweet figure regardless, and surprisingly I think he's actually up there with the rest of the classics design wise, and he's got 25 years on all of them.

i got it from xybertoys very good for euro fans since its free shipping but it might be pricey for the US based peeps

 

the pink on ravage its the fortress max pic that when under a red film or peace of platic shows fortmax's weak spot clearly left over from the sound blaster reissues since you need the red window to view it correctly

sorta they dont fire out but it feels like thiers sime sort of spring mechanism keeping it locked in till you press the button to remove it
