So I actually bought a 3" Titanium, even though i said I wouldn't. I bought the Ark, to serve as an ornament on our tree. When I pulled it out, and hung it on the tree (took two rubber bands wrapped around the back end of the ship, with the hook through the both of them), i noticed the little base it came with.

 

Having paid little to no attention to the 3 inchers, i had forgotten about this base.

 

 

But it makes a great ornament. I don't have my camera nearby, but I'll take a pic.

 

Still, you barely need a pic, just take a rubberband from the package, stretch it so it runs straight down the middle, and loop the bottom of the hook into it, and attach to the tree. Done!

 

 

Now i have to go get a decepticon one... :redface

 

 

Anyone have a Decepticon base they're willing to part with? I'm not feeling the other 3 inchers...

I went out and got a 3" G1 Prime a couple of days ago, and used a twist-tie and a paper clip (I can't find my little box with the little ornament hooks) and voila! He's hanging off my tree now. :D

Wow, that's nice. But i doubt my gf would let me do something like that. I try to keep tfs out of our relationship. :tflaugh

you could maybe hang them from the side of the tree that faces the wall? :)
