Yeah, is Armada Prime worth the $20 he's sold for at TFU in US?

Go to woolworths, they have all tfs half price. And thats after reductions too so prime is 10 pounds and they have cheap unicrons too.

Dammit, I paid £17.99 for him in Woolworths two weeks ago!

 

If I'd known he'd be reduced further, I would have waited.

That doesn't surprise me. I used to work for Woolworths (and in the toy department I might add) and they do love shafting people with their prices.

hell i'm surprised to find Powerlinx Prime there, at the discounted price. It was the first time i ever saw P Prime, and being on a discount rate, even better.. it must have been a sign...

 

Or they're just clearing out for Energon.

I'm talking about the regular Prime. I've never seen Powerlinx in any store here. Unfortunatly.

no offense, but he's kinda ugly.

He looks better without PL Jetfire and Overload, IMO. Too big an clunky. Overload's too sweet in bot mode to be reduced to nothing more than shoulder cannons for Prime...

That's why you get Energon UM for the bot mode, then make Overload into shoulder cannons!

 

And Frapp and Soybean - yeah, he's worth the $20... not sure if I would've paid full price for mine, but I picked up both versions on clearance at TRU and like 'em both. I have regular Prime in Super Mode, and I have PL Prime combined w/ PL Jetfire and Overload. That way I have a regular Jetfire on display, bendy Prime for the regular Prime version, Super Mode Prime in original colors, and Jet Prime in PL colors. Every version of each character seen on the show is covered, since Overload never made a character appearance. ;)

Did you know the minicon of overload is actually a gun too? I also found a place to put jetfire's gun on the prime and overload combo, right on top of evrything, between those two grey plastic things above the head

When/if I use rollout as a gun, I like to put Jetty's gun on overload's back, as a booster.
