The movie will be a car comercial. And a comercial for lots of other things. Get used to it, it's the way of the future. With PVRs now more than ever. It doesn't mean it's a bad movie though. Harold and Kumar go to WHITE CASTLE was great, and it was a way bigger product placement.

Really. I mean, I can respect the fandom sometimes, but come on. We should know better than anyone else. We love a TOY product. And any fiction that comes along is just to help MOVE said TOY PRODUCT from the stores to our hands.

 

It's friggin' Transformers. Any plot is a decent one, considering the main theme is "GOOD ROBOTS PUNCH THE BAD ONES. BUY ALL OUR PLAYSETS AND TOYS!"

Loving the alt modes so far. Depending on how Barricade's robot mode looks and what size he actually is, he may be converted into my Classics Prowl :tftongue The new Mustang looks great as a cop car. And yes, Barricade does look an awful lot like the Mad Max Interceptor. There's actually a company called MRT that makes an Interceptor package for the currrent Mustang. Here's a picture:

 

 

You can get the conversion with up to, I believe, 470bhp (that was last year; there may be some improvements by then) and all kinds of goodies like louvers to cover the rear window, sequential turn signals and other fun stuff (much of which can be purchased separately as well). Oh if only I had massive amounts of cash!

 

good try :thumb nice 'stang too! brawl is a saleen mustang with the S281 treatment. as to which version of the s281 is uncertain. (saleen makes a 550hp version they call the extreme version) more on the saleen s281 here.

thats what i was thinking. i don't think there are any Japanese cars in this movie. that would be interesting if the autobots were American cars and the decepticons were Japanese cars lol.
