Doe anybody here can tell me what's wxritten on the left panel of the open box, it seem to be his caracter bio.

Yeah, the soundblaster chest is let down: making it an inaccurate reissue (and uglier in my opinion). I'm always confused by this. I mean would anyone have not bought the toy because it was G1 accurate. I'm sure some will not buy it because it isn't.

 

That said, I'll keep my preorder. I have the japanese version which is what I'll display. This one will stay MISB.

 

 

I'd have passed. I can't bear to keep anything misb, I need a plastic moustache so I can have mirror universe SB and SW. Gawd, I watch too much Star Trek...

My C-Soundwave is also with my classics. Although i dont have a E-Shockblast and i dont feel i am missing anything by it either.

well ya know, he was on Cybertron the whole time and stuff.

i havn't read the g1 comics, but i've just finished all the DW comics and damn, shockwave's a badass!

 

also, i'm glad i'm not the only one that likes to display cyb soundwave with the other classics, and i think that says something for how well of an homage that guy actually is. i got mine from bbts so obviously i overpaid, but i got it on release and it was well worth it, of course it is soundwave so i am biased :-P

Whatever. You guys can call it an inaccurate reissue all you want, I call it a superior reissue. If Soundwave's going to have two minions I want to be able to store them both in his chest compartment. I'm 1000% happy they're using the Soundblaster mold.

 

I'll second that. In my opinion, this is by far the best treatment Hasbro has given a reissue, and I'll consider this the perfect release of Soundwave. Preorder FTW!

I actually want this in the soundblaster mold. For some reason I think it looks better.
