Titanium Scourge and Optimal Optimus

*prays for Rodimus not to be a QC nightmare*

Just wondering how these reviews describe a 'QC nightmare'...

I think anything likened to Messy Megatron, as my wife likes to call him, would be considered a "QC nightmare' in this line. :)

To me, a QC nightmare would be Titanium Jetfire splintering into a thousand tiny fragments of doom, slicing open my hands and necessitating a late-night trip to the emergency room.

A loose waist I can deal with.

I don't get it

My Megs is in a pretty badass articulated pose. :tfhuh

Optimal is ok but Scourge is awesome!

Scourge will go nicely with my Classics.................... oh yes

The only problem is that titanium Scourge is a brick in comparison to most of the classics. He might not be as much of a brick as the g1 figure was (I never had one, so I don't know) but considering how well figures are currently made, this is definitely a step BACKWARDS.

Like I said though, he does make for a nice display piece.

s' okay, I'm not one for X-TREME toy poses, I just like them to stand naturally. And look cool.

How does he hold up under normal play conditions? (weeeeeeeeee)

Well, considering you can transform him in like 10 seconds I guess that would make it kinda fun in the way that you wouldn't have to take a long time transforming him to and from bot mode.

His arms really bug me. They are rather scrawny and don't have a lot of useful movement to them. If they only had a swivel near the shoulder it would have made it all better. Also when you try to position the legs, they can pop off rather easily at the knees. Same thing if you try to bend the arms too much at the elbows, they pop off real easy.

He's not nearly as bad as Megs, and MAYBE a little better than Prime. OpOp, Jetfire, and Thundercracker are all FAR better figures as far as playability is concerned.

No Primal Prime for you AM. Hehe.

That Optimal Optimus needs a repaint. :D

:tflaugh I bet
