best rodimus prime ever.

i know that's not exactly hard but still

very cool

It's hard to see, but it looks like Roddy's tires are rubber...or it that just wishful thinking?

they're changing the package font back to match the Classics. No more "Cadalac font" BRING ON THE OLDSKOOL FONT!

Rodimus is still has beautiful looking has ever. I look forward to picking him up. Soundwave, I'll have to see in stores before I decide. That elongated waste just ruins his look.

Mmm.... another wave I must buy. Any word on Wave 3?

I really want to love these guys but they both have issues and I've already been burned by this line before. I think what you see in the package is what you're going to get as far as transformation is concerned.

At BotCon, someone over at Seibertron took a picture of the TT display case from the floor looking up through the glass shelves.

When you take a look at Soundwave from below, you can see that the two halves of elongated gray crotch area are actually formed from one solid piece each. It also looked as if the leg connections are securely fixed and do not slide. I was hoping that maybe the waist itself might collapse into the torso a little bit, but it seems from the pic, that the two pieces are fixed and swing outward on hinges.

As for Roddy, my eye can't help being drawn to the tiny little connection that connects his torso to his pelvis. I wouldn't have been concerned about this if the TT Jetfire I just acquired wasn't especially loose in his tiny little waist connection. Because of the upper body weight and the loose connection, I can't even get him to stand up straight.

Once again with this line, great designs and materials, poor implementation and engineering. Isn't anyone in Hasbro's quality control department paying attention here?
