and the movie character and toy were both based on Floro Dery's original designs, hence their divergence from each other. It was like a mini-Beast Machines.

My first encounter with the awesomeness that is G1 Galvatron was his sweet sweet box art that looks better than any other version of Galvatron ever. It was a good first impression. And then like forever later I saw the movie and I was like "WTF"... I eventually got used to it but I always wished he'd looked more like the toy's box art

 

and that he really had been the :Dc city commander

Man, that just makes him look Galvatron's cannon-tastic.

 

though the detail on him IS impressive.

 

it just doesn't scream "Scary Powerglideing bastard that will kill you three hours ago." to me. it screams generic evil bad guy to me.

My dream figure would be a 1:32 Devastator with articulation.

 

They would be the same size as the Diaclone Autobot cars :thumb

 

 

My next dream figure would be a 1:24 Devastator, followed by a Menasor, followed by a Bruticus, etc...

Thunderblast is the ultimate Shellformer. Open her like a candy easter egg and poof! she's trasformed.

 

Big Convoy = Ultimate Shellformer.

The RID magnus/prime (Omega Prime) in reversed color schemes.

 

i.e. the magnus mold as optimus and vice versa.

Really. I don't know what my dream figure would be. It would be someone that got a really sucky toy.

Meh, I'll go with remastered goldbug...

for me, it would have to be one of the following:

 

mp hotrod: all the things hotrod said but with the matrix depression inside.

 

mp galvatron: transforms, colors, sculpt ala movie. comes with matrix and chain, different faces.

 

mp cyclonus: first shots of him in the movie, he looks super sleek in jet mode, hed have to look like that. bot mode no beard (g1 had one im pretty sure) bot mode would habe to not be thin, give him his imposing menacing look. also a lil galvie to sit in the cockpit.

 

mp megs: with energy mace, big silver sword from g1 megs, and hand sized ebergon cube, tf to hide the kibble not seen in toon, choest should open up to see spark core like in bw.

 

a mp rodimus prime would be cool, but i dont really know how well it could be executed to my desires.

 

if i had to pick one, its be hotrod.

I'll go with a MP soundwave kthx.

Masterpiece Arcee: Arcee's never gotten a proper figure. The scrapped G1 fig looked great though. This would make an amazing Masterpiece if they made it look like that 6" statue.

 

MP IDW Megatron: Cooler than the original, and not a gun so it's possible :) But the MPs are Takara and doubt they care much for the IDW comic, we'll probably get a Titanium instead.

 

Updated MP Prime: A cost effective plastic version(which I'd end up getting since I'm poor).

 

Masterpiece Bludgeon: The comics design was just too awesome not to.

 

Masterpiece Grimlock: Cool idea, but he'd be lonely without the other bots. May be better to do a wave of Voyager class Dinos instead in the Classics.

 

Masterpice/Alternator Bumblebee: Please VW :*(

 

Alternators Ironhide/Ratchet: I'm not paying for a Masterpiece figure of Ironhide or Ratchet. They owe it to us to give us decent figures of them without paying a ton :) They're simple enough and don't need to be that big. They can have a larger Alternators line. But no more than $10 extra.

 

Alternators Arcee: Just incase the MP gets scrapped ;)

 

Alternators Wheeljack: One that looks like Wheeljack this time, please :/ No sticky outy chest and lack of red and green paint and crappy head.

 

Alternators Unicron: have him transform into the most EVIL of all vehicles; the Honda Civic.

 

Alternators Primus: Transformers into Les Claypool.

 

Voyager/Leader Starscream for Classics: Sorry, but the Masterpiece looks wrong to me. I want to be cheap too :)

 

Supersize Ultra Magnus for Classics: This would be awesome :)

 

Alternators HotRod: WITHOUT the Paedotastic mini figure and bumped up price, please.

 

Classic Legends, redoing G1 characters to fit in with Legends of Cybertron scale. One wave for 10 of the "original" Series One TFs, One wave for the Dinobots and major pre-movie TFs not coverred in the first, One for the Movie(Hot Rod, Kup, Galvatron, Magnus, Arcee, Cyclonus), and also packs for the combiners.

 

I don't care much for the "standard" size figures. Either teeny ones I can put in my pockets or big ones that can push around all my Spider-man figures.

 

We're already getting a big Soundwave in the Classics line(to the best of my knowledge) so I'm happy on that front.

 

Still so pissed off Starscream wasn't a voyager. What's the point in having a 5" Starscream next to your 9" Prime?
