More HTS exclusive alts?

Recommended Posts

Terrible idea. If NP was any indication of just how crappy they'd handle this kind of deal in the future, then the answer is almost certainly NO FRICKEN WAY.

NO, for one simple reason: HTS only offers to USA residents. All those who do not live in America won't be able to get alts anymore.

That's what I was gonna say, but I just put "No" instead. :thumb

I'd be a lot more interested in Alts right now if they hadn't released Ricochet, Rollbar, or Camshaft. I'm sure that people are used to them by now, but they still suck.

I think it would depend on how they handled it. Of course, it would probably be a lot better if they didn't release them on the same day that rabid Star Wars dorks were trying to buy their 5 billionth Stormtrooper or their aluminum colored Tie Fighter. I wouldn't be opposed to more exclusives though.

If they do more alt exclusives, I want them to be brick and morter store exclusives, like target. I would've bought NP in a heart beat if he were at a store, but the hassle of finding one on ebay and paying out the ass for a mediocre mold makes me not want one.

In agreement with a few of the others, I have to say no. It's a bad idea since they cater only to US fans, never to any international fans. Plus after the loose mess of Nemesis Prime, then any more that they do would probably be just as bad or worse. It's bad enough that the exclusives are US only, but for the molds to be loose is really taking the mick, especially if those molds are brand new or aren't all that old to begin with.

So no, it's a bad idea if they do any more exclusives, just as others have already said.

-Why only US only? The world isn't the US after all.

I don't get why people are down on camshaft. He's fairly different remold and haveing the same head on prowl and streak actually makes sense, so just call him that if that's what's bothering you. That's who he is supposed to be anyway.

I like Camshaft too. Sod the names, it's not like I'm gonna have a chat with 'em!

Rollbar & Ricochet though..... they were just greedy releases IMO. New head molds (like Tracks/Ravage/Swerve) would've put them alot higher-up my ratings.

Are Alternators selling poorly or something? What reason is there for Hasbro to sell better Alternators, exclusively online? It's the kind of thing they should be making in the first place.
