I really can't find areason why either wouldn't count.

They are recognised Transformers characters and they do transform. No arguments here.

the Transform and are part of the line IMO Jrs are the same thing as TF's

Well, if I had a TF jr Fort Max, I'd certainly want the expensive little *&^%$( to count. :tftongue

These are getting easier. Goki must be running out of ideas.

Next week, do Robotmasters count?

Of course Robotmasters count. Yeah, I am scraping the bottom of the barrel here - I want to cover as much as possible so we don't have arguments about them later - especially during or after the survey!

Now - important question time - is there anything else anyone thinks I need to put forward on another poll that NONE of the other polls have covered?

Just to recap, here's what's already been covered:

POLL 1: Nebulans/Master-partners, Action Master weapons/vehicles & Pretender Shells

POLL 2: Micromasters and Mini-Cons

POLL 3: Gestalts

POLL 4: Combiners

POLL 5: Bases, transports etc.

POLL 6: Scamper, Six Gun, Roller, SWTF pilots etc.

POLL 7: Decoys, PVCs, statues, busts, model kits etc.

POLL 8: Variants (including reissues)

POLL 9: Multiples

POLL 10: Titanium Series

POLL 11: Transformer Jrs. and Choro-Q

POLL 12: Humans (TF Microman and BT)

Note that "Transformers" is defined as toys/merchandise manufactured under licence from Takara, Hasbro and/or TakaraTomy and marketed as part of the "Transformers" brand. The polls are to sort out the more ambiguous and subjective aspects of what we want to count as Transformers.

Conversely the following are NOT open for debate:

+ Knock-Offs don't count. They are not produced under licence from HasTak.

+ Takara Pre-Transformers (Diaclone and Microman) do not count. Although they are produced under licence from Takara, they were NOT marketed as part of the Transformers brand.

+ Animorphs DO count. They are produced under HasTak licence and are marketed as Transformers (like it or not).

+ Star Wars Transformers DO count, for the same reason as Animorphs.

So, if anyone feels that there is something NOT already covered by the above, please mention it now so I can stick it on a poll... otherwise I think we'll be wrapping it up pretty soon and I'll start harvesting the data.

Playskool Go-Bots?

The first few had Autobot symbols & said "Transformers" on the packaging. Should they:

A) All count

B) Just count the "TF" ones

C) Not count

(I'd say "A" BTW, but others may disagree!)

I would agree with you, but might as well put up a poll for it. (^_^)
