mine's got great paint aps.

I honestly like him a lot more than Prowl.

What's different about your paint aps!? :wtf

well there's no bleeding from the eyes on the face, the face paint doesn't wash off into the vents and the pin striping on his shoulders and thighs are even without washed out areas.

 

my Alt Prowl (bubble version) has some bad errors especially on his head crest.

does anyones have the fade job on the legs? mine is just solid black.

I'm planning on switching out a lot of the black parts with Prowl and giving Cammy the baby blue bits, assuming mine ever gets here from HTS.

I like him a lot. I kinda view him as the G1 BlueStreak alternator. Sure we had Silverstreak, but who the hell is that guy?!!?

 

I just popped off the shoulders and swapped them, unscrewed the legs and swapped them so he still has the correct side of the waist showing.

 

He helps distinguish him from Prowl a bit, who I left alone.

 

Edit: I decided to bust out the digi-cam and get a good shot of him.

Sertile: Whoa...Swapping the blue leg bits from Prowl to Camshaft sounds like a splendid idea! Has anyone done this? pics?

i had an idea. buying the pearl blue bt prowl, camshaft, then switching the the oddly out of place prowl bits (arms, thighs, head) with camshaft parts. the white bits of the blue prowl really bothered me, but i think this would really work. any thoughts?

He's much better looking in person than I thought he'd be. I was kind of "ho-hum" on him when I first saw pics of him online, but he's kind of grown on me since I've gotten him. :thumb

I REALLY like mine. The pics we saw originally didn't do him justice. Once I saw it in person, I stowed him in layaway to make sure I didn't miss out.

 

He does remind me, car wise, of my old Camshaft that fell apart in the old storage bins... *sigh*

 

Would have liked them to give him the classic Camshaft Face rather than a straigth repaint of Prowl's though.
