Seeing how Unicron is popping up everywhere now (except in Canada >.<) I figured I'd ask everyone who is their favourite Hasbro exclusive figure for the Cybertron line, and I'm talking strictly exclusive MOLDS here.

 

My personal favourite is Shortround. He appeals to my taste in unique transformers and aquatic alt modes, I love his colour scheme and he is a unique design with lots of cool elements, an original transformation and is an all around great toy.

 

Armorhide is a close second, followed by Unicron, Downshift, Hardtop and Wreckloose.

Meh, Shortround doesn't excite me.

 

But Armorhide just so totally rawks, best Basic of the line!

Downshift- A nice, different Alt mode (a car that ISN'T a sports car in white, red, yellow or blue?), simple yet, fullfilling transformation, and an awesome robot mode.

And his guns are called "magnum force cannons" c'mon!

Armorhide is a VERY close second being what I would best call a modern minibot.

 

Even saying all that, aside from possibly Wreckloose, NONE of the Hasbro molds have been terribly bad, and most are among the best in the line, IMO

You forgot the Giant Planet Minicons.

holy Blot man, don't make me choose!!!  the hasbro moulds in Cybertron have been so Powerglideing awsome that it's almost impossible to choose.  i havn't gotten deluxe unicron yet, and i REALY want the giant planet mini con team and quickmix which are missing from the list (along with menasor).  i'm not big on beasts but wreckloose actually looks decent (i don't own him either).  the only hasbro moulds i don't like are shortround and menasor, shortround just because i can't get over his arms, menasor... too many strikes against him.

 

the moulds i own are hardtop, downshift, and armorhide and all three are at the top of their game.  alt modes, articulation, fun factor... if i had to pick i'd go with downshift.  what realy makes him stand out above the rest is a combination of things.  not only is his gimick realy neat as the slot hides away, but the ability of it to work (even if it's simplistic) in both modes is kind of amazing.  then you've got his alt mode.  a combination of some of the most awsome muscle cars around means we get a kick ass muscle car tf.  i've been wanting one FOREVER!  his alt mode is VERY realistic, even his roof gives the feel of a vinyl roof.  he's kinda like a deluxe alternator imho... so yea, downshift gets my vote

Pole fails for not having Quickmix or Menasor. And no, the 'Hasbro Edition"s of Blender and Moledive don't count. They should be up there.

yea, he just looks decent and looks can be deceiving.... i held off kuz he's a beast...
