New Kiss Player Images

Hasn't a big par t of this debate been that they are listed as being 7 or so, but look like 20, or is it the other way around. Either way, I agree w/ pdemaio, it is disturbing and the new marketing makes me want to not buy it more than anything else.

you got it backwards, although, where everybody else thinks they look like 7, they realy just look like your average cutsey anime chicks.

Are these the new KISS Transformers that everyone's going so crazy about? :tfhuh

Whether they are meant to be or not, they LOOK like little children and that's a bit weird. I think I'll skip these.

Agreed. And nice pic AM.  :clap

Fair enough.  They look like children to me.  I like the anime styles of drawing I've seen.  And some of the girls are as hot as any cartoon since Jessica Rabbit.  Most of the plots leave me cold, but I have nothing against anime as an art form.  There is a magazine in the US called barely legal.  The girls are 18 but they look younger and are dressed and made up to essentially look as young as possible.  I'm fine with people looking at it.  That's their choice.  But I don't like it becaue the girls don't look like they are adults to me and now that _I'm_ an adult, _I_ don't want to see sexually sugestive material that involves what _I_ percieve as children.

P-

I don't think I'll post again because I'm not lookng to fight with anyone, tell anyone what to do or put anyone down, just stating my opinion, which is that the packaging and marketing of Kiss Convoy makes me uncomfortable.  Despite the fact that I really want the toy, I'm having qualms with buying it.

I'm not worried about them making fun of me, I don't want to be associated to what I percieve as an inappropriate depiction of a child.  I'm cosidering canceling my order because I don't want to support what I percieve as an inappropriate depiction of a child.

My friends don't really give a Blote about what I do with my money as long as I'm still fun to hang out with.

For the last time, they are NOT children :redface

<_<

I want the Kiss Convoy set.

:mwahaha

When I'm going to pick this up from the local collector shop, I'm going to get it by my lonesome and putting it in a non-see through plastic bag. Like the rest of the PVC chicks, I'll chuck Marissa in the instruction booklet baggy.

I actually want Melissa. I saw pics of her in some non dirty poses and she looked cool. way higher quality than the BTA chicks. She is going to the beach I guess :inhrf

Dammit, I know, but I am selfish and want what makes me happy. But it still isn't right of them to put in that crappy dime's worth of (to me anyway) worthless figurine and then charge $10 more for it. Just not right.

Uhm... don't know if anybody's keeping in mind that the BT-04/KISS Convoy + Marrisa also comes with a CD/DVD-Rom cartoon retelling the storyline that was done on the radio. Perhaps that's what's causing the extra $10 along with the PVC figure and the poster/artwork...

Then there's also this from BBTS's site:

"The Binaltech version of Dodge's SRT-10 Ram Pickup - Convoy will have die-cast metal body panels and parts."

Maybe I'm going out on a limb but at least it's not been disproved yet...

For what it's worth, dude... if you don't want to hold onto Marrisa that comes with Convoy or the upcoming Li-Xiao Xiao that's included with Hot Rod, I'll gladly purchase those little figures off ya'. :thumb And if you happen to have in your possession a spare Lumina I'll take her too. Send me a PM if you'd like. :D
