PayPal on the other hand can suck it.

what he did is actually against eBay rules.  One could report it and potentially get the seller suspended.

legitimately sealed fort max's are EXTREMELY RARE. people list stuff as sealed and all that crap, more than likely its not. I believe fort max had a total of 8 tape seals. Assuming you THINK you have one, better check those seals. I just paid $600 for a us g1 fort max 100% complete and mib with all styro's etc and thats a friggin steal. One just ended last week in the same condition that I just got for $925.
