I've always wanted a fort max and this is a friggin holy grail.  I only wish I had the 2500 to drop on it.  I think I'll play the lotto tomorrow.  Anywho, the first time I saw one of these on ebay it went for more than $4000.  I think if I had this I wouldn't have to collect anymore.  Also, it wouldn't stay sealed for long either in my hands.

  fort max crack

Although I don't do boxes, I'd like it if it were the US box. I like American boxes better in general. The only reason to have a Jap Max is for the crappy He-Man sword, and since it is sealed anyway...

I saw this too when it was first listed...seems the seller has now raised the price to $2800.

I have two US (MISB) Max's, and C-114 is tempting but not at that price.  A loose or MIB one would be nice to have for display.

pfft

"We believe that there wont be MORE than 5pcs in the world"

total bs, there are always misb fort maxes about

Does the US or Japanese sealed fort max go for higher?  I saw a sealed US Fort Max sell for $1300 last year.  The box was pristine too.  I know this guy is selling his for $2800 so that should tell me that Japanese goes for more based on that but I figure that might be overpriced.

it is over price

The Japanese is actually slightly more common in general, just not so much over here. Take your pick.

Now I"m kicking myself in the head.

Back in the day when no body knew what ebay was, I use to seach for transformers just for the hell of it. I use to find sealed TF for low prices and hard to find G1 for dirt cheap. Now ebay is so popular, everything is overprice.

I need a time machine to go back to 1998. Hell, I go all the way back to 1984.

:roll

Personally, that eBay seller is one of my least favourite.  I never buy anything from the person.
