the red feet prime  is real but the one you have is a fake.

the bootleg somehow got the mold to the red foot prime.

red foot is from france, so they had their own copyrights

Swoop was again made available in Japan in the early 90s as a mail away, this time he came in a US box but with no rubsign! All Dinobots were offered this way in Japan.

 

How come he wasn't re-released with G2 or not made availble again?

Well very recently there was a copy of concept G2 Swoop artwork on eBay, so he may well have been planned for G2 90s release, but for some reason it never came to be.

Up till recently, with the flooding of all the G1 Prime knockoff/repro's I'd say there WAS a red footed Prime out there, I think Euro or the Neatherlands had him. 

 

But now, who knows.
