Okay, finally...one I like.

 

This really is the first of this classic line that I fully like and will get (and I'm not even a fan of Bumblebee...).

 

Then again...there really isn't much behind the front window in robot mode. Just a big empty space with a spinelike connection between the upper body and his pelvis.

 

Doesn't matter. This one I will buy. (If only to make up for jumping up and down my old BB.)

Haha. Although I see the snicker at the end, we do give you things that haven't been given before.

 

A time difference of an hour isn't that big since we don't peruse the boards as often and look at the sources of news before we post here even when we cross-post.

 

Why aren't thanks given when we give you something new but yelled at for when we give you something that's already given? More news is added to the ones that we do cross-post, and not just "Hasbro has officially announced the line."

Optimus Prime - I like it, but does anyone know if there's going to be a release of the Greatest Autobot of all WITH his trailer? That's what I'd like to go for.

 

Rodimus - Like many fans, I've spent years waiting for the true return of Hot Rod.  Energon Rodimus reminded me more of G1 Rodimus Prime, and Cybertron Excellion was a bit disappointing.  I think that I can safely say that this latest incarnation is going to be a hit.

 

Bumblebee - There was a time when old BB was near the bottom of my Wanted list . This time round adding him to my collection is a priority.

 

Megatron, Starscream and Astrotrain - I must admit, I prefer the later versions of Megatron and Starscream,  compared to their G1 selves (alt modes as opposed to characters) and I've never really been a fan of Astrotrain.

 

AND

 

Jetfire - Again, one of my all-time favourites. Space Shuttles are OK, but I've always thought of Jetfire as large white and red jet. The question is will he be the version they show in the cartoon series or more like the original toy.

 

Grimlock - They're making the Dinobot leader a Deluxe? I hope not. I was disappointed by the Energon version released with his pal Swoop. Still, if they include the sword, I just might consider getting him.

 

Soundwave - Not too excited about this one. It seems I never did like the early Decepticon toys. Now if I can just get hold of a Galaxy Force version....

At $20 I don't think we will be seeing the trailer......though it would be really cool if we did.
