why when it's publicly available?

 

as i recall the bb pic was from takaratomy, i don't think tcc would put that in their newsletter.

They cant do anything anyway, the picture is in the public domain. let them try and have some fun, imagine the publicity, TFCC gets heavy with fans. The licence will ahve an ambiguous clause in it which would allow withdrawal should something like that happen.

After seeing these toys, im ready to give up on Cybertron.......well after Metroplex and Wingsaber...........and the other Giant Planet guys.

Let it be noted that the other Giant planet guys and Primus represent the only molds I have left to get in Cybertron, so I have no problems following your sentiments T.Man. =)

 

God damn Hasbro for continuing to release kickass Sigma 6 stuff though. =/ I mean, hell, I'm starting to even think I want the switchfire gun. =/
