That better be a rather good trailer............

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Its probably financially smarter to buy the 'unofficial' trailer.

Thats if i liked trailers

18000 yen???

pretty cool price but imo i want to see better pics

cuz come on September release then they could show a better pic of him already

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

18000 yen = $160 USD

kind of what you'd expect

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

What i havent see discussed is - is this proposed trailer a box on wheels? or a transforming base?

or a piece of cardboard?

If it doesn't transform, there's no point to the trailer.

I wonder why Takara is ignoring all of the people, in Japan and elsewhere, who bought MP-01 Convoy, and not releasing the trailer seperately? I know it's just greed, but you'd almost think that they sold very few of their Masterpiece Convoys.

I have wanted a trailer just as much as everyone else, but this is ridiculous. If anything, they absolutely do need to release the trailer by itself as well as in a set. You really can't ignore the thousands of people worldwide that already spent $60-$100 for either MP Prime or 20th Prime.

Plus, what did happen to the "What should MP-04 be?" poll that TakaraTomy was supposed to be running? I don't believe this until I have seen in-box pics and a proto. This is just silly if that is what they decide to do for MP-04. And to release it at the same time as MP SS? Who can afford $260 at once for TFs???

my question is WHY,....why not make MP 04 thundercracker or skywarp

my question is WHY,....why not make MP 04 thundercracker or skywarp

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Because Starscream isn't out yet.

Why,....why make a toy that virtually everyone in the fandom already has, and is already being re-released seperately???

I still call hoax on this one.

I wouldn't buy Mp-01 again just for a trailer. If this is real, than its for suckers.

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Or for people like me who passed the first go around.

18000 yen = $160 USD

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

:schin  maybe I'll pass this time too.

I wouldn't mind getting an MP convoy with the trailer since I don't have one. If the trailer transform and has as much gimmicks as the THS one, I'm getting it.

You would be very surprised how many people NOT in the fandom want this toy as well. I have one in the front window of my store and I get at least 5 people a week who ask about this toy and want to buy itl.

Course now they will have many things they can chose from.

September is a great time to have this come out as well. Gaurenteed that Girlfriends who have money will be getting this one over the Starscream because they know the figure more so than they do the screamer. Christmas IS just around the corner!

With MP-04, MP-01 and MP-03 all available around the same time....BTW, I have information that Diamond is also offering the 20th Prime again in this months Previews. That means a domestic release is also available through your local comic shops. I believe I was told this is the Updated version so I would that that is the one that is showing up on the other side of the world.
