No it's not. Look at the photos again. Looks at the back-side bot photo and his left arm. You see at the top, right below his shoulder joint where the vent is. Right on the edge of the kibble.

 

Now look at the front view of the cab. There's a piece under the grill that isn't connected to that arm kibble piece. That's what I'm talking about.

I just realized about the roof... the pic we see of his back is just an exploded view-- look at the front shot and you realize that the roof is worn like a backpack. That's probably what the pin is for on his back in the rear view.

why? his G1 vehicle mode was not an officially liscensed car, Hasbro is perfectly free to make him as G1 accurate as they want.
