I've just got to say, making Ultra Magnus from Optimus Prime isn't exactly an original idea. So don't feel like a copycat. Heck, Takara will probably paint him white and release him has Ultra Magnus.

I like your wheel suspension concept. Very original.

Used the plastic (conventional) instead of the usual spring.

I'd imagine that at 30 bucks a pop he'd be losing money... You have to factor in the time it takes to build the thing times the cost of that sort of skilled labor into the end cost.
