To you, maybe.  But it's just bad "nettiquette" to bump threads just because you feel like it.  It's only really important if it concerns a large portion of the fandom in a serious way.  If it's just a random ideas thread, like this one is, people can bump it up when they have something more to add.  Otherwise, it's just spam.

Sorry my wording must be off. By tucked away I meant behind him as they are in truck mode. Only place I know where they can go so there not in the way.Also his backpack will fit over no problem without going anywhere. :thumb I'd post a pic but no camera right now. :tdown Anyway once you have him in this armless mode it's actually quite easy to invision what can be done with him.

Also on magnus's trailer the arms can betucked under the trailer.then when they unfold they have the conectors to connect the whole thing to optimus.

yeah I think thsat was pretty much his idea with the whole arm thing, and as fore the arms being tucked away, it does keep them out of site, of course with nothing for the missile launchers to rest on the might look a little wierd, but maybe not, just thought so cause I get the feeling the back part of Magnus is going to remind me of cyb. defence Red alert except wider and with an extra missle  :)

Yep. That's more or less kind of how I imagined it. Magnus would basically be a Leader class/sized CD Red. Not sure if you wanted him to be a semi but personally I thought a missil truck would suit UM well. I like the idea of having the arms tuck beneath him. I think enough TFs have been made where the arms can be properly disguised/hidden in alt mold. As for having the piece (trailer) fit on top of Prime I'm still working that out on paper. Easy in concept but difficult to design.

 

btw BUMPs are best for INH. :thumb 

well , he is usualy a Semi but I like the other  the military idea, ofcorese you could always do an armoured truck with the military platform, so then he could also two a trailer with supplies if needed lol, that way the G1 fans wont complain hes not a semi

why do you have to go the whole ine yards?He's got enough gimmicks so no minicon gimmicks.
