Looks somewhat similar to the incentive cover variant of Infiltration number 2.  I would know because I have the incentive cover with a kind of DW/IDW meets G1 box art/figure look to him.

I love the take on starscream. Defintly makes the orignal boxart look childish.

Yeah that was an amusing coincidence. I was thinking "no-one ever draws him toy-accurate" so I did the lineart for this pic and put it up only to find that same day that a friend on deviantArt had had the same idea and that cover appeared online too!
