Alternators Rumble Pics

Recommended Posts

He's got to have hands. I doubt they would give him those guns if he weren't meant to hold them.

What says they have to detach? Plenty of times Alternators have had pieces that do little but increase the homage.

Why shouldn't they?   Are they going to go from one extreme to another with Rumble?   Guns but no piledrivers on the original to piledrivers but no guns on this one?

I'm just saying you should be happy that Hasbro tried whether he can hold them or not.

Actually I think that's why his is so "short" so he just barely has to lean forward for his pile drivers to reach the ground.

It'd look very monkey like. Alt Primal?

And nice photoshops guys. :thumb

True about the homage add-ons, but nonusable guns seems a stretch just to capture the nostalgia.

Primus-feather's photoshop seems very likely and possible. (Cept the hatch mode would face forward) :thumb

On another note, anyone have an opinion on where those guns fit in Car mode. They don't apear to be mechanical (Engine, Trans) so they likey have a slot like Hounds gun had.

I'm guessing that guns will be twin tailpipes.

I'd guess his chest is his boot, and that lifts up to reveal a hidden compartment.

Maybe the guns go under the car, they might insert on his chest holes. Looks like his chest flips up.

Not if you have his arms/shoulders hinge up on a center pivot under his head and spin them so the right arm is left( and so on) having the "piles" down and the hatches foreward , now retract the "piles" and flip the arms upside down , having the hands fold out of the hatchback (now facing the back)

No one said that that they were unusable.

Hasbro seems fine with guns being located on TFs' backs, even when the figure doesn't really make good use of them .*cough**cough*CybertronJetfire*cough*

But if Rumble has to bend slightly anyway to use his piledrivers than guns on his back wouldn't seem too insane.

wait a minute... They say he's a hatch back huh, someone tell me if this would work.

What IF for his arms w/HANDS his head folds back/foreward his shoulders come up SPIN arond the center and go into the otheres socket, then the "pile-Drivers" fold in and his arms fold out of the hatch backsgiving him a completely different look between modes.? I know hard to see without visuals but wouldnt it work??

like so...

If it is the '02 -'05 hatch, I am very excited. I was hoping they'd release it as I have an '05 Si , but they also have a brand new Civic hatch diesel only released in Europe, so it might be that one. Here's the new hatch...

Still, one can't really tell from the Wal-Mart image what the Si model is.

Works for me.  :thumb
