YAH  Rumble Rocks I Love this mold!!  The moment I saw the "Concept" I figured "no way that could work out for an Alt"  and I was right for the original to work, there'd be NO interior.  But this takes the idea and improves on it, I think the Cassette chest is GREAT!! 

I think the only real way to get a GOOD Soundwave now, would be with a trailer to carry his "Crew"

That chest panel looks like it opens to the top.

 

Another thing to take note of is the shoulder guns. If he has no hands, they're pretty much useless as they don't appear to slide down like forward facing shoulder cannons. (They appear to be clipped on)

What IF for his arms w/HANDS his head folds back/foreward his shoulders come up SPIN arond the center and go into the otheres socket, then the "pile-Drivers" fold in and his arms fold out of the hatch backsgiving him a completely different look between modes.? I know hard to see without visuals but wouldnt it work??

Excellent idea. It is possible as the joints seem to be centrally located and there's nothing that goes into the hatch from the current image

I was really hoping for a non-symmetrical BT/Alt mold.

 

This is OK, but the other (IMO) was a lot better.

Why shouldn't they? Are they going to go from one extreme to another with Rumble? Guns but no piledrivers on the original to piledrivers but no guns on this one?

just kidding, not that bad, nice thought, but if he doesn't come with hands I think I'll be making them fold out of the pounders, making the current bottoms of them wrists, and hoping they telescope up to the appropriate hight.
