I have an extra brakedown figure, and I'm going to repaint him. So, as the poll asks, what do you guys think? Digipaint images below :)

red and black but with a silver face

do it in red becuse I'm tired of seeing black repaints. there isnt any challenge to dyeing something black .

that and redoing him in to red will just plain look awsome

If you're going to paint it red and black paint it all black and red except maybe for a silver face. :thumb

I wouldn't be using any sort of dye. I'm going about painting this the same way I used to paint my miniatures when I used them for D&D. Paints and burshes :P I'll probably use a clearcoat spray on top of this though, to protect it more.

i know this may sound random, but what about a glavatron scheme? hes got the face appearence, with the horns and all. just a thought

That's not a bad idea... but I'm kind of fond of what i already have in the planning stages. Maybe I'll pick up an extra for the whopping 7 bucks and do that too :P

I think the black and red is better, the red alone looks too much like the original. The black and red kinda gives me the impression that he's from planet X like sideways.

On a side note, when I picked up a couple of extras, I made Bumblebee and Cliffjumper. That Brakedown truly is a great little figure.
