Actually that would be R.I.D Galvatron, but I can't think of anyone else with more than 10 alternate modes. Even if they are as crappy as Galvy's.

G1 Blot.  From robot to arm to leg to...and then the fun part is getting people to decide what his alt mode is.  You'll get so many answers, each one is a legit alt mode!

BM Scavenger is rumored to have over 100 fan-based modes.

If we're talking about fan/potential modes Technically Dracojesi  has a point..

Car Robots Galvatron was a Six changer,

Devil Galvatron was a ten changer retooled from Gigatron

RID Megatron is the Devil Galvatron mold painted in the colors of CR Galvatron.

there was a thread similar to this one a while back...IIRC, there was one before RiD that had 9, and Galvy was given 10 so he could have the most EVAH!

Yes, Devil Gigatron (RiD Galvatron) indeed has the most modes. However this toy also proves that quantity does not necessarily compensate for quality. Super Fire Convoy's fire engine mode looks way better than any of Gigatron's alt modes... :P

Still, considering the ambitious nature of Gigatron, I think they did a really nice job with him. It's not easy to engineer more than 2 modes into a single toy. The hand mode sucks the most IMO.

I dunno...the hand mode is pointless, but it's easily recognizable. I think the boat and car modes are the worst.

If fan-alt-modes count, GF-Ramble/Cyb.Scrapmetal has a whole lot.  I saw a picture where someone had 20+ alt modes for him...

I always thought he looked a REALLY big nose, with arms and legs...
