He is a pimp car. I can't wait to get him out of lay-aaa-way! (with my third Scrapmetal) Are any of you going to modify his neck and waist?

Well, I definitely won't.  I only have amateur bashing skills, and so far that's translated to my Battle Damaged Red alert and co.  I don't know how to work joints and various points for articulation purposes.  But if you do, show it off.  That'd be neat.

 

Though it would have been better if he had come with a movable head...waist don't really mind...sort of.

I fixed Universe Ultra Magnus, painted Prime's & Ransack's  cyber planet keys & Ransack's heels. I tried to fix his wheels, but they would not budge. I admit Downshift's mods are alot more difficult , but I'm gonna try. If successful, I will have a little cybertron alternator. If I fail , well , there goes a transformer thats rare in my area... lets hope for the best.  O yeah , I'm planning on fixing Soundwave's  non painted silver cheeks.

Well, painting it is no big.  I painted Ransack's key and heels myself.

 

What do you mean by fixing his wheels though?

The wheels on his legs need to be switched. It was a mix up in the factory I guess.  If you switch the wheels, he is more show accurate,( rides closer to the ground) I believe they fixed it with Ransack GT though.

One of the reviews said he was based on a Dodge Baracuda.

Unlike a few other Cybertron releases he's not based on any single car. That's the beauty of it. They've captured the essence and spirit of what a muscle car is. Which is why everyone sees something different.
