Anyone else think this was a Walmart listing or something and got Tranemesis Prime confused with TRANSFORMERS NEMESIS PRIME?

Meh, I didn't want to read, "this FiGgy is sooo gunan suck bawls!" over and over.

 

But me, I'm pretty excited about a Black Repaint of PRime, no matter what they call him.

Why did they skip with the remold and go straight into a repaint already??

With a name like (tra)nemesis Prime, it seems logical that this will be a straight repaint., to make it a true evil version of Prime.

 

 

btw, can't say I care for either the name Nemesis Prime nor Tranemesis Prime. It's probably going to be either Trailbreaker or Motormaster for me.

When have they made a Nemesis/Scourge in which there was any remolding?

and why bother remolding a "Clone" to look exactly like the original?

 

I guess its possible that they could remold the truck parts but that seems liek a waste.  really this repaint - should be the third release, what happened to our completely WTF? second release/remold like repugnus in yellow with a squid head.

Ah, no. Not another of those @#$@# exclusives. I always end up paying with my blood to get my hands on those. I pre-ordered Swerve but still missed out because of the limited run, and from the looks of it I will need to pay extortion prices on e-bay if I want him. Would hate it if the black Prime would be another one. Really a shame then that the BTA version didn't happen, because those often end up cheaper than (store) exclusives.

Since the reaction over the limited thing is likely to be the same here as elsewhere.

As for the limited thing.... some people should calm down. Even if it is some sort of 'Internet exclusive'  Hasbro will just rotate it into retail case assortments later.  The Ram SRT10 only has THREE standard colors, so Hasbro aren't going to discount NP as a standard release toy - otherwise they might have tto alter the mold into annother variant of the Ram which would cost more money...

 

 

Since the mold is bigger than the other Alts, plus the fact Takara may not be productin their version,  the may be making less money on it already.

 

 

..and besides, even if you don't get it, it's just a toy.  If it's the worst thing that happens to you, you've had a charmed life.

The hunt for Swerve was nerve wrecking as hell! Now this. I would say preorder and dont worry but Action-Hq Wants BT prices. $35 for the bot and 22-27 for shipping :eek

Geez. Why didn't they just make a new head, add some different accessories and call this black version Bombshell? :tfmad It totally fits with the BT storyline. Wait... I've said this sometime before haven't I?

 

Guess I'll have to track down both versions when the time comes and make some alterations. One in green as OX and the other as Bombshell. Oh, yes... there shall be some kitbashing ahead! :mwahaha
