Apparently, you know nothing about metalworking. Metal, plastic, glass, it can be stretched and shaped to form at high temperatures and then cooled down. How to do that internally and so quick without inflicting self-damages, it doesn't depend on human technology, it depends on Transformers technology, who are a gazillion years ahead of humans in that domain.

You can stretch and cool down metal in a lab. Can you simulate subspace now? I doubt it.

I know a few things about metalwork.  One of them is, no matter how much you stretch something, you still have the same mass.  So, your theory fails right there.

Second, metal doesn't shape itself.  It needs something to shape it.  According to you theory there isn't anything to shape it.

Third, the super-fast heating and cooling is, to my knowledge, pretty close to impossible .  At the very least you would need huge amounts of energy to accomplish both tasks.  And you just melted your energy supply.

So please, don't assume I know nothing about any of this.  If you wanted this theory taken seriously, it's gotta come under serious scrutiny.  "Their technology is a bajillion years ahead of ours" isn't going to cut it.

PS : Retcon still sucks.

It's funny to see you guys trying so hard. ;) That's why Transfreaks like you are scary... you take yourselves way too seriously.

Who's trying hard?

By the way, you started it.

I started it, but it was tongue-in-cheek, while you guys are all going crazy over that theory.

I would argue that your response (you know, the one where you talk about superheating and then stretching the metal) moved you away from 'tongue-in-cheek" and towards "actual fanboy explanation".

But, you might enjoy that too much.  And I really don't want to contribute to your happiness.

Madhammer's Law states that the gheyness of any given retcon is inversely proportional to the ability of the source material to be taken seriously.

So, BW retcons are less ghey than G1 retcons, or more?

the difference between BW and G1 in the grand scheme of things is infinitesimal

I'm not well versed in anything past BM, or anything in the comics. What are some retcons out there that people like, and what are some that people just absolutely hate?

I'm not too found of the "every Unicron is the same guy" retcon, nor am I found of all the Retcons(can you call them that?) Hasbro made to galaxforce
