Rebirth had the best Kup lines.

 

Kup: "Prepare for crash landing!"

Hardhead: "How?  By thinking happy thoughts?!"

Kup: "That'd help!!"

 

 

Kup: "This reminds me of the time my platoon was stranded on Regulan IV. There were only 700 of us up against three whole Regulan metal-mongers."

Hot Rod: "700 of you against three of them? Oh, come on!"

Kup: "Trust me, we were outnumbered!"

Am rewatching the episodes because this thread made me feel like it.

 

And I could come up with a top 10 list why Rebirth  :inhpoo Headmasters but why bother if people are only really going to care about number one.  :tflaugh But the lines you mentioned are indeed a high point of the episodes indeed.

 

I mean, the Japanese do not get the concept of humor so it would seen. There was very little good humor in Headmasters aside from the typical anime humor. And a lot of swearing. There is less swearing in heavy metal.  :wtf

 

But back to my top 10 list. The number 1 reason why Rebirth :inhpoo Headmasters: (see the screen cap).
