Mine would be my Energon Starscream; I wans trying to pose his hard tranlucent arm and I broke it in the swivel joint.  Now I dont know what to do with him.  Things like this make me thanks God for rubber parts.

The only broken Transformer I can think of right out of the package was Ravage from Alts. His front wheel was just sort of hanging there. I just bought another one and put him in the new packaging and returned him.

As for SL Kicker, my only problem is his chest plate and straps. They won't stay on anymore
