I just realized that Primus is almost here! (Or technically "there" - in Japan)  :redface

Who of you out there are getting one? Or are you waiting for the Cybertron version?

*preorders*  :thumb

ugh. id really like to. but seeing as how theres no pics to compare what the cybertron version will look like. if there are any big differences in the paint apps it would be nice to know.

I  did preorder.....  but then i got REALLY sick of the way HLJ do things, and cancelled all my preorders with them.

In the interim.... I kinda lost interest in it.

I'll get around to the Western version eventually........

Aside from the 'something extra' we've been told about,

I don't think there's a lot of difference, the testshot Bainreese snagged was probably Hasbro, and it didn't really look any different from the one in various Japanese publications.

dammit. now youve given me reason to buy it now as apposed to later. grrr.

Would be cool if they gave him the Moon ball and chains...heh...fave part of that episode...

I had pre-ordered it but cancelled, I can wait for the Hasbro release.

I'm guessing the something extra will be "Noah" as a handheld weapon for Primus. Seems like a lot of detail was put into the animation of that thing.

I know I may be asking for spoilers here, but I'd like to know...

Moon ball and chains? Noah? Help me out here guys.

For Noah:

At the end of GF with all 4 Planet Force and the Chip Square Primus powers up to destroy the grand black hole, he does this with "Noah", the main Transformer starship that materializes in Primus's hand and then shoots a beam at the grand black hole to destroy it

Pre-ordered from BBTS months ago.

I am anxiously awaiting the release of GF Primus. That will be only the 2nd time I have gotten the Japanese version of a main line TF (the other being Vector Prime).

I am going to go ahead and guess that it will be worth the extra money just to have Primus months earlier and to not have to worry about missing paint apps or poor quality plastics.

Here's hoping that unicron.com makes another planet stand for Primus. The Unicron stand was awesome.

At Botcon, Aaron Archer said the "something extra" would make us consider buying two Cybertron Primus toys - I can't see the Noah weapon doing that.  The current theory, because of the "two" idea, is that he'll come with a moon accessory to whack Starscream around with.
