I can't see it at work either, but when I was watching it at home this morning, everything seemed to make sense.

I think your getting me wrong. What was shown makes sense, it was more of a BW transformation. A transformation where as when your watching it, it is toy accurate for the most part bot if you slow it down you'll certain bot mod details and parts just pop out of nowhere.

With this test animation, every thing involving the car frame was highly detailed and realistic but the inner bot parts seemed to come out of nowhere. The Citreon bot had the same thing happening. When it when to bot mode, the interior disappeared.

I know exactly what you mean. I didn't see any morphing at all.

but it did look velly cool to see

Yes it did. The Interweb tortures us weaklings that can't stay away from it's sweet sweet Eye pleasures. I was hoping to see Bumblebee to be honest  :tftongue cant be greedy though......I guess. This should be a good movie if it's not fake test footage or if they dont radically change their minds as far as the look.

I think its going to be obvious that,

As with Alternators - once you carve out the interior for silly things like seats, then the bot kibble is going to have limited space to hide.

However Unlike Alternators- they can use "movie magic" to minimalize the bot and car kibbles in either mode.

One thing it seemed to me was that the hood shrinks when it becomes the chest.

I dont know....

i am not trying to complain cause even as a prelim test - its awsome!

I don't see how it could be fake test footage, unless some enterprising fan has taken it upon themselves to create, render and composite a CGI sequence and then videotape it as they're projecting it in a screening room...

that being said, it *is* a test. The test footage for bullet time in the Matrix just showed some guy standing next to a trash barrel that exploded. It was enough to give you an idea of what it would look like, but it was definitely rough.

Like G1 :tflaugh

But seriously, it makes logical sense, considering the nano-joints, compartments, and panels that they'd have. I mean, if you look under the hood or trunk of one in car mode, you're not gonna see any head or arms pop out and wave at ya, but they'd still be there.

finally got it... looks great but a little "clumsy"... it looks like all the parts are "loose" when he transforms.

he must be a nicer car, but all in all, looks great.
