Hasbro already said that they will only release Scrapmetal in red at least for now. Some fans have theorized that Shortround will be a repaint of Scattorshot and Repugnus will be a repaint of Undermine. Makes sense to me.

 

Also yes, the red Hot Shot is Excilion, and Hasbro will be using that name on him. I can only assume that he would be a different character from Hot Shot. Hope we get to see the other DVD exclusive repaints of Chromia and Sideways in Cybertron. An Autobot repaint of Chromia would be nice and I wouldn't mind another Planet X character.
