Of those I have (I miss Skids (and Prime) from this list) I like the Mazda mold (Meister/Shockblast) best

The car looks very good with better details on the inside than any of the other. Also like that nothing on the car really gives it away as a robot: backseats, no robot parts onder de hood. Just a great looking alt mode. Transformation is nice and involved without being frustrating (like the corvette, Mustang and Subaru) and the robot mode is very well balanced and where all Alts are very poseable, I somehow get the nicest poses out of the Mazda mold.

Really like this one.

Runner up would probably the mustang, although I also really like the jeep. The worst alt is IMO the Viper. The alt mode is okay, but the robot mode is ill-poseable and has a tendancy to fall because the balance is quickly lost. Also, the hood behind the legs is big downer.

I find the RX-8 mold to be the most proportionate, and coolest looking as a whole.Â Jazz/Shockwave all the way.

I agree w/ both of you. The RX-8s look amazing in both modes and are completely convincing as a car (many friends think it is a model car, oh what fun I have when I show them it is not).

I do think that the Mustangs are a close second w/ the badass alt mode, the bigass, imposing bot mode and the difficult transformation.

I will also say that Skids is growing on me. Very interesting transformation, nice looking bot (but not as nice as the Mustangs or RX-8s) and good proportions as well.

It's not the car mode I have a problem with (Vipers, do, indeed, kick ass). It's the robot mode.
